The UPS Store — Local services in Dundee Township

This was my first and LAST time ever shipping through UPS. This store solely is the reason I will never be shipping with this company again! I paid almost $100 to have my package expedited to and from out of state. The store associate put the wrong label on my package and instead of it shipping to DE it was delivered to my home the next day. Even after letting her know this was a time sensitive document she still didn’t pay enough attention and sent my package the wrong way. I came in the store the very next day and she literally couldn’t even look at me and apologize. No remorse or anything from her. She needs to be fired for being so incompetent like that and not even owning up to her mistake. I’ve complained to the store’s manager and also to corporate and the owner was supposed to reach out to me but I never heard anything from them. Thanks to that incompetent employee I missed out on a $300 passport appointment that UPS won’t refund me for. So if you need a package expedited DO NOT CHOOSE THIS STORE NOR THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PACKAGES AND I WILL CONTINUE TO COMPLAIN UNTIL...

I really like this particular UPS location - Carpentersville, IL. Every time I've gone there, I've always left satisfied. On my most recent visit, I needed to print an Adobe file from my phone and stopped at a FEDEX store in the vicinity that I was in. I asked the young employee how to do it, and while he tried to work with my phone to accomplish this task, he was unable. I left and then called UPS store 0806 and spoke to Ellie. She gave me the stores email address, I sent the files, and she printed them, and I picked them up - perfect! - NO problem! Ellie was very pleasant and helpful and I was most appreciative because these were important papers that I had to get done and I was running around and her complete competence and kind patience took the stress out of my annoying task! The added benefit in all of this was that although Ellie was gone for the day by the time I came to pick the papers up, I was checked out by Kyle who was, like Ellie, an absolute pleasure! Yes, I love store 0806 and would definitely recommend...

Went inside UPS Store on Western Ave., Carpentersville: middle age woman that works there has a "Masks required" sign on door. However she refuses to wear hers. Her mask is on her neck not her mouth and nose. I didnt dare got closer to her. I needed to send a box and print out label. She said I needed to go to their website. She was Waiting for me to say something looked like she was already waiting and wanting to start argument about not using her mask. If you want to shoo away customers, then keep doing this #UPSstore!!!! You have hired the perfect Karen for your Store in this area! You lost everyone in my family that has been coming here for years, as your customers. This store was empty when I came today, before there were so many people waiting in line before this lady worked there....
