We have had the worst experience in this store. the manager Alfredo and another of the employees who told us not to buy in the store again. All because we bought an alternator for the car that broke the day after putting it in. They checked my battery themselves and told me that it was perfect and that the problem was the alternator. I bought it on Tuesday and on Wednesday the car died on the street with my baby inside. The alternator had a horrible burning smell and was delivering fewer amps than it should. It turns out that I am going to return what I bought and they tell me that they cannot refund the money or give me a new one because they have to see it working in the car. How am I going to bring the car if it doesn't work? I called customer service and they contacted the store and asked them to give me a new one right away. It turns out that they gave me one that doesn't work in my car and I had to return it. At that point they gave me my money back and told me not to come back again. when we have a merchant account with them and we have always bought everything there. His words were: don't come back and do no more business with us. I'm so upset that they were so unprofessional because they could have done that from the beginning and they just didn't want to do it. NAPA auto parts sent me here because I wanted to know what type of fuse to put in my vehicle. The gentleman told me that most cars use mini fuses, but I told him I needed a low profile fuse. I asked him if he could check my account to see if it would fit my vehicle as I’ve made many purchases at different stores across the country. Apparently, this store cannot tell you what type of fuse to use on your vehicle. Even Walmart tells you if your vehicle is compatible or not. Definitely hope that young man has...

The staff here know their stuff and are so wonderful. We went to 2 other places trying to get parts, other places didn't come look at our custom car, but the guys here did. They also understood that you can look things up via a part number not just the male and model. Anyone with an older car, unique car, or antique don't go anywhere else.... just go straight...
