I bought a pod and what was suppose to be the coil to fit that pod. I go home fill the pod up let it sit. Come back all the juice has come out. Take it back to the store, lady says it says it will work online. It was obvious the girl was new and didn’t have any idea what she was talking about. Think she needs more than two minutes of training, especially if she’s new to this type of work. After trying two different coils. She thinks it maybe be the pod that I bought from them. Calls her manager to see what to do because they don’t give refunds. Says I can buy another pod for a 2$ discount after I already bought a possibly defective pod. I pitched a fit because I was frustrated and left and will never return. IF THESE PEOPLE CANT VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER MOMEY. I WILL GREATLY TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSE WHERE. I come here at least once a week to pick up a disposable D8 vape. The 2 main employees I see are great, very helpful and happy to show me anything new that came in. I'm not sure what the other reviewers are talking about when the mention bad customer service unless perhaps they came in when they were having a bad day. With the exception of one young man I only seen once who refused to even acknowledge my presence while he stared gloomily at this phone. No vape that day. As far as the D8 products it's hit or miss just like any other product. If any I buy ever don't work (they encourage you to try in store b4 you leave) they replace it right away. Stock is also hit or miss seeing as how they don't seem to have the same things twice but there's usually an acceptable alternative so whatever. I encourage anyone to give them a try for all...

So the other day I came in for a particular type of E-liquid and they didn't have any, which was okay because I got another that was the same brand but a different flavor. I had mentioned that if they would ever stock the flavor I was looking for I'd buy a few bottles. Without hesitation, I believe his name was Richard took my number and name down and went out of his way to see if he could find what I was looking for at other stores. I received a phone call rather fast that he received 3 of what I was looking for and I was really stoked about it!
