Subway — Restaurant in Dunnellon

I'm really upset with Subway. I didn't think we had a problem here. There's a huge problem. Let me start with this. This was my second time eating here. The first time no problems. But look at these pictures. What's wrong with them you ask? Wellllll let me start with the first picture 7 pieces of meat should be 10 with 4 slices of cheese. Ok no biggy right? I wouldn't say to much about that. Look at the second picture see a problem? There should be 6 slices of salami 6 slices of pepperoni 4 slices of ham and 4 slices of cheese. You can look where I bit into the sandwich in picture #6 and see how much meat was there. I count maybe 4 slices of meat. You think that's bad look at picture #4 steak and cheese should be two scoops of steak 4 slices of cheese. All foot longs come with 4 slices of cheese. I'm always considerate of the people putting my food together. I asked for extra mayo the lady acted like a pro arm wrestler and squirted an inch or thicker line from one side of the sandwich to the other. I stood in amazement as she looked at me she knew it was way to much and said "do you want me to take some of it off" uh yeah. I will not be returning to a place who intentionally rips people off. Folks do yourself a favor go to Wal-Mart Subway or to Publix who uses the best meat anyways. Stay away from this one...

I usually try to give the best review I can. That being said. We went to this location for other reasons. But decided to grab a bite to eat. We were greeted by friendly staff and waited on promptly. But as I looked at the food I knew what I didn't want to eat very quickly. I saw a lot of cross contaminated food right in front of me. Spinach container with onions and hot peppers that had spilled in spinach. Lettuce was browsing and not fresh looking at all. Olives that were in the onions, etc I could go on but I think you catch the drift. I liked the decor, colors of the tables chairs and flooring. Oh the floors could be dangerous. There was little pieces of food under most of the tables. Our drinks, we were given cups to fill our own. That's great, but handing me our cups with their dirty hands with some of my bacon on them, gross. Grabbed other cups from cashier. Went to the fountain drink station, hmm, maybe I don't need a drink after all. The staff were nice enough. But I/we will not return to this location again. They got the 2 stars because I liked the decor and the staff were friendly. Should be only one. You choose after...

Okay once again not a real big fan of some way so I am a bit biased. The restaurant was busy and understaffed. The food or Meats did not look fresh and kind of look like some food poisoning to happen. We did decide to leave and not get anything. The reason I'm giving them three stars it's because of the two employees that work there or being positive, friendly and apologetic. They were even offering customers an extra bag of chips cookies are soda for the inconvenience. I thought that was very professional of then. I must say though Maine low definitely...
