I have worked with Gabi Bergstrom for over 20 years for all of my real estate needs, through many financial variables and variations in market climate. Kim Rodgers was my Broker. I did not know her prior to my search for a condo at Tamarron. It was pure luck that I found her. We connected the first time we met. She gave me 110% all the time. Any question I had about Tamarron or any of the condos she answered. If she didn't have the information then she reached out to her contacts and found the answers. I trusted Kim to give me her honest opinion on each property she showed me while I visited Durango. As an out of state buyer I had lots of questions for her and I trusted Kim immensely to look out for my best interest not her commission. As an out of state buyer I didn't have a lot of time to spend in Durango looking at available properties. No problem, Kim would go to condos for a viewing and video taped each one then sent the videos to me. She even Faced Timed a condo viewing with me. My wife and I were interested in buying a second home in Colorado. We started looking on-line in the Durango & Pagosa Springs area. Almost immediately we received a follow up e-mail from Brian, just stating if we had any questions or needed any help he was there. We have dealt with several different realtors in the past in different parts of the country. It seems that most of them are always trying to push you in a certain direction that benefits them or their agency based upon the cost or whom the listing is through. That was not the case with Brian, we made multiple trips to the area and Brian showed us over 30 different properties partly because we weren't sure which area we wanted to be in nor were we sure of exactly what kind of property we wanted. We never felt any pressure from Brian trying to sway us in any direction. He has a vast knowledge of the area and was there to answer any and all of questions. After we found the place we wanted he was there to help negotiate the best deal possible for us. What is really special about Brian is his after the sale attention. Most realtors you don't hear from after they get their commission. In our case we hear from Brian on a monthly regular basis.
