Well, I can say is that this store needs to be managed better during the busy season of the year. My family went in for a Nintendo Joycon remote and the store associate saw us looking at a pre-used wall display for games/etc. He told me that that was was display only and he could not guarantee that any games would be available. I said ok and I understood. He told me to look at the other wall with Nintendo Switch games and products instead because those were in stock and available. We saw that there were 5-6 Nintendo Joycon remote boxes on the wall with display only printed on the box. We stayed in the store and stood in line and waited out our turn. When we got up to the counter the the exact same associate told us that he didn’t have any more controllers and that the Joycon remote that we wanted was out of stock even though there were several display boxes on the wall that appeared to be available for purchase! He said he didn’t have time to take them down but that excuse didn’t seem accurate to me because we had been in the store a while and I didn’t understand how that many cases can go unnoticed from opening time till 3pm! Come on now! So after searching and searching we went to Best Buy and found some controllers that were actually in the box and actually available for purchase! Thanks 🙏 Best Buy for continuing your great customer service. I may have to start buying more games and accessories there instead of being let down by GameStop...

Their knowledge about the products and games was incredibly impressive, and they were able to answer all my questions with ease. What stood out most, however, was their patience—they went above and beyond to ensure I felt informed and satisfied with my choices, this was essential to me considering the amount of money I spent there today.
Lucas and Jaida are truly exceptional employees and a great asset to GameStop. Their dedication to providing top-notch customer service deserves recognition, and I hope the corporation acknowledges their hard work and flawless commitment. Job well done!

Read moreIt's an alright place to get games, systems and geeky stuff (even though I wish they would stop selling geeky stuff since they all eventually go into the clearance bin but that's besides the point.). They give fair prices and you don't have to get an employee to get a game (Looking at you Walmart). The employees there are really friendly too. They even have some good sales like "Buy 2, Get 2 Free on Pre-owned games" and on the subject of pre-owned games, expect to get a variety of conditions. I've gotten the GameStop case and cover art that's beaten up and look like it was a dog's chew toy but on the other hand, I've gotten games that are practically new.
