Dollar Tree — Local services in Durant

We usually have a good time shopping at this location as the prices are reasonable. However, this time the black manager here is very prejudicial towards anyone who is poor, she was very aggressive towards my mother and we will never spend our money here again. This dollar tree should be shut down with such unprofessional members of management running things. In customer service management and employees would respect their customers but apparently they don't believe in that here. If you want customer service with a smile, I suggest shopping elsewhere since most of the time you will get someone who would rather be somewhere else than to service their customers. Lastly the bathroom here is extremely unsanitary and disgusting, half the time there is no toilet paper and no soap in the dispenser. Makes me think employees are not washing their hands as they serve you. Some of the employees wear tattered uniforms which makes me think that the company does not care to provide them with good quality uniforms and I've seen them also doing drugs during breaks. The black manager said at one point in front of customers that the only reason she comes to work when she does is "for the almighty dollar and nothing else." Very unprofessional management and I feel very sorry for the employees...

Since when did a dollar tree location start asking people to leave their store for just striking up friendly conversation? All I did was talk about DC comics and Marvel comics and said it would be a good idea to make monopoly boards for those franchises as there are plenty of locations and heroes in those two franchises. No need to kick someone out of your store based on such a trivial reason. The manager who is Afro-American asked me to leave without even explaining the reason, just that a customer complained about me. Talk about someplace being discriminatory towards someone. I will never return to this business since they are so rude and disrespectful. If there was a no stars rating I'd give them zero stars. This location discriminates against people with disabilities, homeless...

LOVE ,LOVE ,LOVE DOLLAR TREE . SHOP THERE ALL THE TIME FOR SO MANY DIFFERENT THINGS. UNIQUE THINGS ,PARTY DECORATIONS, CLEANING SUPPLIES, KITCHEN ITEMS, Make-up, GIFTS, CARDS, YOU NAME IT. I CAN ALMOST FIND EVERY THINK I NEED. I SURE HOPE THE NEVER RAISE THEIR PRICES LIKE THE OTHER STORES DO. A DOLLAR GOES A LONG WAY AT DOLLAR TREE. A DOLLAR ANYWHERE ELSE IS ONLY A DOLLar and it want buy much. I am just so grateful Dollar Tree came along. They will continue to get my business. I am in there almost every day to get something. I always buy more that I go after because I'll find some unique item. I could not do that if their prices where like WM . I hate shopping at WM, that why...
