I visited this location a few weeks ago 15 minutes before closing and the pink hair employee told me in a frustrated tone that they were about to close. My transaction took less time than it took here to arrive at the register to assist me. Tonight (June 9th, 2022) I arrived 10 minutes before closing and the doors were locked. The same pink haired employee and a manager were on duty. They looked at me but initially ignored me. Around 9:57pm they arrived at the door and said they were closed. I asked the manager through the closed door if they closed at 10pm as the sign says or earlier. Her only response was that they were closed and she kept repeating it without answering my question. I walked away as they walked out and left for the day around 9:58 PM. I understand the employees not wanting to stay late and my transaction would have taken 2 minutes or less had they been willing to assist me per the stated store hours. Two things are certain with this location, the posted store hours are incorrect and should be updated and you can expect to be received by unhappy employees who lack some very basic customer service skills. As we all know the pharmacist is not normally on the front line providing customer services but you see Mr. Jung on the drive through window, on the counters in the store, on the phone answering questions and still checking and filling scripts. If the pharmacy is scheduled to open at 9:00am, Mr. Jung will be there at 8:00am, behind the doors and windows ensuring things are in order prior to opening. The guy does it all with a pleasant smile while customer safety and satisfaction is always at his highest priority. Mr. Jung’s presence in the pharmacy results in all aspects of a professionally run pharmacy. Mr. Jun Jung is a true asset to himself, the pharmacy staff, and Walgreens. Read moreI called to ask if they had a medicine we were needing and the lady on the phone said in a very rude tone that they have stuff back there but doesn't know what they have. I told her I guess I would make the trip to the store to see if they have it (because she wouldn't go look or have another employee go look) and she said ok and hung up. I got to the store and thank God they had the medicine we were needing . When I got to the register there was a man in front of me, and the lady at the register with the very colorful hair, was very rude to him (her tone and the looks she gave were very rude and she acted very put out that she was having to do her job and same when I walked up to the register. I was in customer service for over 14 years and never ever treated anyone like that, no matter how bad of a day I was having. It's not the customers fault you are having a bad day or hate your job so don't take it out on them.
