We got a bed from here a few weeks ago. We were helped by persephenie. She was awesome and very knowledgeable about the bed process at the store. She explained on detail what set them apart from other places. She also let us lay and roll around on every bed in the store. We had to simulate sex positions and how we slept every night so we could .get a good feel....again dont judge me because I need to know what my leverage will be. She also went over pricing with us and ultimately upgraded us from a queen to a California king since we needed to be mindful of space slash width. After a few weeks we are delighted with the bed and cant wait to stop writing this review so we can use it. Again...

The Original Mattress Factory had been recommended to me by my brother. So when I decided to add a bed to a guest room i was creating they came to mind. I wanted a quick an easy purchase. I went to the Eagan store and 15 minutes later I was on my way with a new mattress and box spring in the back of my pickup. I think the woman who was so helpful was "Lora". We have now been to 5 mattress stores and this was the one with the best customer service. Tim was not pushy, exceptionally knowledgeable, and handled all of our questions very well.
