the thing with fast food restaurants. You're service is really going to depend upon the employee working there. It can be different at different times. Some fast food restaurants critics suggest to go during peak hours to get fresher made food, but I think that is more for the burger places. I prefer to go after the rush, like around 1:30 - 2:00 p.m. especially at Subway, since the employees are more relaxed and it doesn't make a difference for those ingredients. The restaurant won't have a bunch of people doing the lunch rush thing. Also I like to go in person and be nice to the person making my food and get on a level that isn't in a big rush. After all, it doesn't take long to make a sub. So I went there in that time frame and everything was cool. The inside of the restaurant is one of the better ones. The sandwich that was made for me was not rushed, and it was pretty darn good. But like I said, all fast food restaurants are dependent upon the employees who work there, and although some are better than others, it's not a job that's a profession. I talked to the guy making my sandwich, since I was not standing in a line of people. I thanked him for making my sandwich. I sat down inside the restaurant and enjoyed my sandwich. And I left very satisfied. It's better than a lot of Subways, on the...
Read moreI placed an online order. Me and my lady went to pick it up. Get home they put tomatoes instead of pickles on my sandwich I went to call the store for the 2nd time with the telephone still being disconnected cause this isn't the first time I've had an issue with this place messing up orders and having horrible attitudes. I had to drive all the way back which I really don't have time for with 3 kids one of them being 5 months old when I got back inside asked for a refund the cashier behind the counter said no how about I remake your sandwich and I said no how about you just give me my money back since I had to drive all the way back down here wasting 45 minutes of my life that should have been an easy 15 minutes I want my money back and if you wanna remake my sandwich to make it right thats your choice she said thats not how it works makes a scoffing noise and then makes the remark of I just work here what a horrible attitude idk who's managing this location but I would definelty take a look at how you lead your store from not having a reliable way for your customers to contact you, couldn't care less attitudes of your employees and general disrespect for quality of life for customers. she did remake the sandwiches but when I asked about a manager I just got the same response of I...
Read moreMy complaint is how their hours claim to be 8am - 9pm, yet they were not open when I went several times around 8:30-8:45. This is REALLY BAD. Seems like a management issue. You should ALWAYS be open at 8am. If an employee calls in sick, guess what, the manager picks up the slack and opens the restaurant. Not hard to do because I worked at subway for 2+ years and we NEVER had a day where we didn’t open on time. I am not exaggerating. Van was the owner and Kat was the manager and we never opened past 8am. That’s good management. Now with that being said, I gave 4 stars because of this. On a positive note. The guy who has tattoos on his arms and is short but muscular is VERY GOOD at making a sandwich. He makes the best sandwiches. I’d say the older Mexican lady is second, in terms of service. The older Mexican man is nice too. So in short, the staff seem to be great, it’s just a matter of having the right person open the store who is reliable in the...
