I have shopped in Burnsville, Bloomington and the Eagan location.this one looks and feels like it is going out of business. Twice the only cashier had to call for approval for a return, both times there were 5 people in line. The male who had to authorize the return was working right across at the 1st row where he was moving USA products. He kept looking at me knowing full well there was a line but never offered to help or to even call for register assistance. I put what I was going to purchase for my work where I am a manager and have been in management for 38 years. I have also been an owner for a business at MOA and would never leave customers standing that long at checkout. The bathroom was disgusting, the toilet leaterly is ready to fall over. This building isn't that terribly old to be the way it is. My husband even applied there when it first opened and never received a call back, he would never have let a place he works at be like this one is. When my mom a few hours after started unpacking the stuff they realized they forgot the mirror they bought. My mom rushed to the store to claim with HER RECEIPT that she left her mirror and not only was the lady and the manager extremely rude about the situation. They kept claiming they had no proof it was my moms and didn’t want to give her the mirror and I’m sure there has been occasions where stuff has happened but how they handled the situation even though my mom had her receipt and was able to point to the exact item should’ve been enough. She got the mirror but they threatened her by saying if she comes back and says she forgot something again she won’t get her stuff. Read moreUnbelievably poor customer service. I was overcharged $30 for a product. No big deal, the cashier just accidentally hit the 3 twice. I tried to take it in to this Hobby Lobby to be refunded, with the receipt, the product, and packaging from other purchases made that day. The manager told me that I need to go to the other location so that I can wait while they go through video footage to prove that I was actually overcharged before refunding me. I am 9 months pregnant, had my children with me, and I have proof of my purchases from that day.
