GameStop — Local services in Eagle Pass

A great place for all ages to enter n enjoy the games they love to play. The retro side of gamestop is crazy for the fact they price their games too high. I understand older games have value but not all of them are famous as others. A bit too much for a $50 price vs another store has it for $10 or $20 price is reasonable in my opinion. They got a good selection n if u can't find any. They can look for it for u or contact another or order for u n u provide ur address to where they can ship it to u. The staff is friendly n very nice when I go there every time. Always ask how I am doing n what I'm looking for. I even engage in a conversation with them about games n other stuff. In love their midnight launch n play the game before it's official release which is nice n fun if i don't work the next day. But overall it's fun. Just one problem I had was my account check cus I lend my friend my phone number to buy stuff for himself n used my number to give me points. They put it under his account n I had to get it fixed. But it was a minor problem. Other than that it's a great experience...

Customer service can be a bit lacking here, and their selection is very slim from time to time. Trade in values aren't that great, but they do have some items that really make the store stand out. It is definitely pricey, considering a lot of the collectibles could easily be found cheaper at the comic store nearby. I think, overall, the store itself is too small for the amount of merchandise they have and the number of customers they see on a regular basis. Absolutely love this place! The current manager is a great, knowledgeable guy who spends a lot of time driving to and from the Eagle Pass store and the one in Del Rio. I was in this store for about 2 hours; customers were waiting outside 10 minutes before the store even opened. Yes, on time! The store is clean, uncluttered, and well-organized.
