Peter Piper Pizza — Restaurant in Eagle Pass

Bad customer service the lady that is picking up dirty dishes and cleaning the tables her name is “Betty” has a really bad customer service. My mom was waiting for a table and the lady was picking up dirty plates from the table across her my mom asked if she please can clean the table (my mom is a senior) Betty refused to do it she said that she can be in trouble if she pick up the dirty plates and clean the table for her.After that there was a couple that sat next to us and Betty was smiling and providing a good customer service and she just went and brought a plastic bag for the couple(the women looked like her may be her parents) and they started getting a lot of plates full of pizza and putting it in the plastic bag . I don’t care about the pizza I do care about the way that a senior was treated and discriminated by the lady just because the other people were her friends or family members it doesn’t make any difference my mom was a customer too. They need to train their people so they can treat everyone the same way and do not discriminate or treat different...

I’m a big PPP fan but today when I entered this restaurant to pick up my Togo order manager Peter handed me my pizza without offering Parmesan or chili peppers. I politely asked for some and he gave 3 of each for TWO Large Pizzas. He then walks off immediately. I look around confused because he did not give me any plates or napkins. So I see the closes stack of plates and grab them. Peter quickly turns around and snatches them off from me then gives me 4. I am in shock. What the heck is going on? Why is he acting like this I’m seriously bothered on how he did this. Terrible service. This was supposed to be a nice experience for my family seeing that we love PPP but I guess only in our hometown is where they give great service and not attacked...

Peter Piper Pizza has good food, however I personally think it’s more expensive than it’s actually worth.

$12-$15 for a large pizza and just about the same for a pitcher of flat beer that has dirt particles floating around in it? Don’t drink alcohol, well how about a nice refreshing $3-4 6oz fountain drink?
