I have never in 20 years of being with Arrons been so disappointed in thier customer service. I have purchased 1000$ of dollars through the years and since I’ve used the one in Early I’ve received mostly used merchandise at almost full price so they could get rid of it, I’ve always been patient and understanding until they at one point took money from my account using my debit card unauthorized. Not to mention here recently I purchased or am leasing several items (sectional, dining set, 2-55”TVs) when I received the merchandise all was fine except when I took a tv from the box and it was broke. I called and called and called for two weeks to let them know the situation and see if there was. A warranty being a new Tv and all. I was told I couldn’t be helped no warranty they will not replace it I am stuck with broke tv and I have to pay the cost. Because there was no damage to the box it wasn’t their problem!!!! Are you kidding me!!! I told them to come get all I had on lease but due to us getting sick I have to chancel because I don’t want to take the chance it could be passed through and make others sick. Customer service is A+ !! They really care for their customers and do what is possible to make sure you are satisfied & work with you!!! Me and husband been going there for years!! We have purchased a TV, washer & dryer, refrigerator and recently a queen size mattress!! Our next purchase is an oversized sectional!!! They do 120 days same as cash! We do that plan, but their pay out options are affordable and i guarantee you will not be disappointed They treat you like family and understand that times are hard!! Kudos to the staff!! We returned a Nintendo switch almost a month ago, I had paid it till November 1st I turned it in near the first of October. 1) we didn't ger a refund 2) it is now November 6th and they continue to call my mom every day for money for the equipment I have already returned.
When I returned it the guy didn't ask me my name, or the account. He just said " we can find it in the system via the serial number. Witch apparently they never have, they keep harassing my mother.
