Lakeshore Learning Store — Local services in East Brunswick Township

This East Brunswick store is one of the finest business establishments I have ever found. To my amazement, a human being actually answers the telephone after only a few rings, versus most stores offering a taped message with a variety of rerouting options before someone picks up your call. The sales women at this store are extremely helpful, pleasant and courteous. I normally have merchandise sent to my home and the sales staff is always very thorough in taking all the information down correctly. My items never take more than 2 days to arrive and everything is packaged safely and securely. They take customer service to...

I entered the store, quickly made my selection, & headed towards the cashier. There was no line. The cashier (Ann S.) was having a conversation with who appeared to be a customer; but the customer didn't have any bags and there was no merchandise on the counter. I stood there...waiting...Ann S. looked at me...the person looked at me...& continued with there conversation…I kept waiting in shock. You would have thought I was expecting free merchandise.

I put my merchandise down & walked out. They NEVER have to worry about...

This location is fantastic! Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable. They are willing to assist with everything any anything and they are genuinely happy to help. I had such a wonderful experience on a holiday weekend that I expected to be busy. One associate, Dawn truly made my shopping experience memorable by assisting me with the laminating of my materials. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and overall a pleasure to interact with. I will gladly take the 30 minute drive back there during the school year....
