Amazing customer service & vintage collection: I stopped in to Stencel by chance, as I was in town for a site visit. I’d been looking for an engagement ring, but didn’t have a big budget and was trying to find something that really suited me well. Katrina was very patient with me & extremely helpful as I tried on several rings, and eventually found a beautiful vintage piece that I knew was right immediately! I wasn’t sure about the sizing, so they told me to wear it for a while and if I needed resizing they’d do it no charge. I did take it back to be sized down and it fits perfect now. I dropped off my broken vintage watch over the holidays expecting a call that it could not be fixed or would cost more than it was worth to do so. I was met with a smile, and despite the holidays, was excited to hear the watch was repaired in short order. Went in to possibly resize my wedding and engagement rings: they were incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and providing suggestions/ideas without ever being pushy. They were patient and helpful with my indecisiveness. I ended up with a perfectly resized wedding ring (inscription remained intact), a beautiful chain to wear my engagement ring as a necklace, and a few items on my holiday wishlist ;)....
