I have been here on 2 occasions with my 21 year old to purchase a wedding dress... we put a deposit on a dress and after myself , my 2 daughters, and her 2 maids of honors left ... we all thought that these saleswomen were rude, not helpful and the rest of her bridal party refused to purchase, including myself , 9 others dresses due to the rotten customer service we experienced.... we called as my daughter had decided she didn't want a ballgown and unfortunately because we had a deposit there she didn't want me to loose it.... I told her I would rather throw it away but went there yesterday ! Never thought we could have a worse experience then at the first time but once again possibly her name was Angela, I can't even explain how rude, unhelpful., disrespectful she was. My daughter wanted a 2017 Casablanca dress and she refused to sell it off the rack so I asked Her how soon we could get it she said 4 months... so once again we left that store , they can keep my 500.00 I wouldn't step foot in there if they paid me... she was upset and I was determined to find this dress so I called Alexandrias in Fall River who went way beyond the call would sell there only dress off the rack but it was too big to alter but said they could expediate! Wonderful phone experience with Carolyn and then called Ana's bridal boutique in E Providence where she is there presently buying the dress off the rack which they can alter to her size!!!!! Wonderful wonderful service ... In closing I received a call from Bridal Gardens this am after my daughter posted her experience and tell me she went way out of the way to accommodate us after I called and left a message that it is strange how every other shop I called was willing to sell the dress off the rack and today she says it was to big to alter but yesterday she wouldn't sell it cause she couldn't get another for 4 months and also called Cassablanca this am as all the other stores did yesterday, not even knowing if I was buying there , but her dress would be here by May 1st , guess she should of done that yesterday... cause I can assure you this store has just lost a bundle of sales!!! If if the owner reads this could you please contact me as I asked numerous times for your name and number and she hung up on me!!!!!!!...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place is greedy and not understanding. I booked an appointment here a week in advance, but had gone to other stores previous to that and wasnāt ready to commit to anything. Fast forward to last night, I returned to a previous store to try on a dress again and finally said yes to the dress. This was huge for me as this process has been stressful and overwhelming. I cancelled the appointment with bridal garden as soon as that happened, which happened to be at 45.5 hour mark. I figured it was close enough to the 48 hour timeframe and was better than me coming in and wasting their time and mine. Well, next morning I see a $50 charge on my bank account from Bridal Gardenā¦I call them today and left a message explaining my situation. They just called me back and said āthere is nothing they can doā. They offered me a credit for accessories, but I told her I had already bought them off Etsy. She said her system wouldnāt allow a refund. We all know that isnāt true. If she genuinely wanted to refund me, she could. I explained that I cancelled it as soon as possible and that Iām booking appointments whenever they are available so I can order my dress in time to get alterations before the wedding and had no way of knowing I was going to commit to the dress at the other store last night. Regardless, I didnāt want to waste their time on Saturday since I knew I wouldnāt end up getting anything. Well, I was wrong. Apparently I would have been better off keeping it, showing up to try on one dress and then leaving because they are refusing to refund the $50. I canāt believe that in an already stressful time with wedding planning and dress shopping that they are that desperate for money. I gave them almost two days to rebook the appointment and according to them, that 1.5 hour difference would have gotten them something else booked. (Mind you it was a very late in the day appointment so it wouldnāt have even made a difference) Im already working two jobs to save for this wedding and every amount helps/counts. I hope all the future brides out there are mindful of this when they book an appointment here. They are not understanding, they only care about themselves and they are desperate for your money. Ā Ā Ā Read moreAlthough I LOVED my dress and was complimented all night on how beautiful it was the knowledge of the salesperson and the quality of customer service at the Bridal Garden was very poor. While deciding on the purchase of my dress I was given incorrect information in regards to alterations that ended up costing me extra money. The original dress that was shipped to me from the designer was created/sized incorrectly therefore it needed to be sent back (no fault of the Bridal garden), but the customer service through the shop I received while trying to correct this problem was completely unprofessional. They gave my mother and I dates of when it was supposed to be shipped and then we wouldn'the hear from them. When calling to inquire what was happening in the process they would state they were going to call us the following day, 2 days later still no call, we would have to reach out to them. When my dress was finally shipped to the store and I was able to pick it up once I got it to the seamstress the problems continued. It was supposed to be hemmed via the designer because it was bought during a trunk show, but it wasn't. When we called the Bridal Garden to express our concerns they were less than concerned that their customer was now spending extra money on a hem. Part of their job is to make the bride's life easier, so if you don't honor customer service as an important part of the dress buying process The Bridal Garden is a fine establishment, but if you are looking for knowledgeable, supportive salespeople do not go to...
