China Taste — Restaurant in Florida

Its good food and delivery was very fast!

My family usually orders a lot of food at a time, typically $100 worth or so, and we all dish ourselves up buffet-style plates from the dishes that we order and eat the leftovers for a couple days after. What surprised me is that delivery was estimated at 20 minutes, even with the quantity of the food we ordered, and it was actually delivered in about 20 minutes! Everything tasted amazing, though there were minor complaints: The white rice tasted at least a day old and the texture of the teriyaki beef was tough as well as the sauce it was marinated in was a little goey so we had to cut it with a knife. Still, the teriyaki beef had a wonderful flavor and it will be ordered again.

Like I mentioned earlier: the flavor of everything was savory and delicious! The star of the show for us happened to be the Mongolian Beef and the fried dumplings with what tasted like a simple but sweet and tangy ponzu sauce. The Mongolian beef actually had more beef than vegetables and it was actually pleasantly spicy! In fact everything we ordered was jam packed full of meat and if we asked for spicy then it was. In my opinion it turns the value way up. That in addition to the expedient delivery makes it a solid choice for Chinese delivery if you are in the area.

Overall this is a good place to order from for takeout or delivery. I would comment on the dining atmosphere but we did not go into the restaurant. Were I not in the area on vacation I would definitely order from China...

This has been by far the worst Chinese food experience I ever encountered.

First, when I walked in all that was said to me was are you ready? What kind of customer service is that?

Secondly, I have never had to pay for homemade duck sauce, apparently, they need the $1.00 more than me.

Lastly, I noticed that if you spend $35.00, you receive a complimentary order of crab rangoons. I mentioned that, and I was told okay, however; after that, I was told I don’t qualify for them.

Regarding the food, it was subpar, only the egg rolls were enjoyable. They are even stingy with the portions.

How cheap, and what small people! Granted, I don’t expect everyone to be as generous as me. With this being said, I was a first time customer, and the fact that there are so many better Chinese restaurants in the area, they lack savior faire.

I would never recommend this establishment to anyone! One star is too much for this place, too bad there was not an...

I ordered sweet and sour shrimp and recieved chicken instead...to my disappointment as it is my favorite. When calling to report mistake lady immediately said repeatedly that they did not recieve an order from me when I clearly had food delivered...without even checking. She argued with me when I said I always order from this restaurant. I called again to make sure that I did indeed order there and without a hello she said mam we did not recieve an order from you...instead of the customer is always right she made me feel I was wrong and did not try to fix the problem an apology would of been plenty ...the food was not even good after that ...highly offended and upset and will not be ordering here anymore and to boot she hung up on me twice...i think there is a common denominator in the poor ratings the rude female at the desk!! Take a hint! Even your answers to the poor ratings are rude and mean...i don't know how you are...
