I'm giving this store five stars I had one the best experiences today with their top-notch sales team. I wish I could remember their names to give them a shout been out. They worked really well with multiple customers, and they worked well as a team. I am difficult to fit and I was desperate to walk out of there with a pair of jeans. I was frustrated because I had tried on three or four jeans that I was interested in but the fit was just wrong for me. Finally I decided to talk to one of the guys working and he explained to me that each of the companies has a different sort of approach to fit. I told him what I didn't like about the ones I had tried on and he went straight to another table and pulled out a pair of Lee jeans that fit the bill 100%. I went to return an online purchase at the the store. The store employees were great. I had explained to to then the reason for the return and that I wanted to shop for a new pair of shoes. He said go and shop he will take care of the return. He then came to see how I was making out with the shoes. I told him I found a pair and he said great and took them upfront for me. He had the return processed and informed me that he gave me credit for the coupon I had used also. Proceeds to ring up my shoes and applied the credit to my order. I will not shop or even try to shop anywhere else other than this store. 100% of the employees are absolutely incredible. They are not only very nice and helpful but they are always very knowledgeable going above and beyond. They remember me or act like it which really is welcoming always.

There hasn't been a single item that I have bought that I regretted. All my sizes are always there and if not, they immediately order it for me.

I love this store and will always shop there, I recommend it to all my BIG friends.
