King's Jewelry - Dunham's Plaza — Local services in East Liverpool

My review is going to be a short novel...Lol But here goes.... I had worked hard to design my own engagement ring that I wanted a very specific way. I took a drawing of my design to a few other jewelers (not sure if I am permitted to state names...so I wont go there) and they just didn't seem to want to take the time to help me with what I wanted...one tried to tell me that the trillions that i wanted on each side of the center diamond wouldn't look right. They just tried to get me to buy what they had in the store, which were not to my suiting and in my opinion small over priced diamonds. So..we figured out that their was a Kings over town and we stopped in to give them a shot at it....Debbie Brown Beagle patiently worked with my husband n I (and we definitely weren't easy to work with) to ensure that I got that perfect ring. Kings did an exceptional job making my ring. It turned out to be even more beautiful than I had imagined. It was absolutely perfect. They are always there to work with me and meet my wants and needs and the gals there are fantastic. They always treat me like Im their friend and they go above and beyond to get me what I want. Heck...if there is something that I am wanting they even go out of their way to drop hints to my husband and help him to pull through and get it for me. You couldn't ask for a better group of gals. Kings has some true assets to their company with their devoted gals. I just LOVE...

I only have GOOD things to say about this establishment. I entered this store with two watches that I thought needed two batteries. The woman took both watches and came back apologizing by saying she was sorry, but had only been able to get one of the watches running. She said she put a new battery in the other watch, but it would not make it start back up. She COULD have just handed me both watches with the new batteries and let me find out on my own that it wasn't the problem for the one watch, after all, I HAD only requested new batteries for the watches. I had not asked her to insert the batteries for me. She was a very caring person and took her time with me. We chatted about several things including the fact that my son had bought his fiance's wedding and engagement rings there. She happened to remember the name because his last name was not a common name. I would recommend this jewelry...

My mother was supposed to have a ring sized at Kings. She wanted it sized up half a size. She told them specifically that she would pay for the extra gold. When she received her wedding band back... they had thinned out the gold in the ring to less than half of the thickness it was originally, they also sized it over what she had asked for. Then she told them to put the gold back. They said they did. I looked at the ring and it goes from thick to thin and back around the band. I am not a jewelry expert, but even I can see how terrible it looks. So they took gold from the ring... then they tried to re-size the ring with that gold... then charged her for the gold that they did not put in. I saw the ring before and after. I would highly recommend you think twice before coming...
