Imported Jewelry Outlets — Local services in East Orange

Shopping at imported jewelry outlet was the worst experience I ever had for the year of 2018. My twin brother and I were shopping together and my brother picked out a watch and I purchase it in 2017 my brother past away. That watch was the closest piece of jewelry to remember my twin brother. Until I took the watch to Imported Jewelry outlet in East Orange New Jersey for a replacement battery for my watch. I paid twelve dollars in advance. Next day I came to get my watch and the clerk tells me we couldn't place a new battery in your watch and here's your refund for the battery. When the watch was placed in my hand I notice a pin that turns the light on or activate the stop watch was missing. The clerk than took my watch back and said we will look for the missing pin. Two days after I return another clerk said I brought the watch in there already damaged. And there is nothing we can do about it.
