[Incident: 240523-000539]I'm so totally done with trying to get help out of Kohl's. I called in and y'all tell me to wait till the investigation is over. Then y'all send me a letter saying y'all haven't heard from me and will delete my account if I don't call in. So I called in again. Again I'm told that nobody can tell me anything while there's an investigation. I'm told to ignore the letter and wait. So I wait. Y'all send me a message to sign in and respond to y'all. I click the link and it takes me to a website that accuses me if being a robot and to solve a captcha. No matter how many times I solve it it just tells me good job but we still think you're a robot. And it tells me to try again later. Everytime I go to respond to y'all it says the same thing. I've done everything that was asked of me and I've waited calmly trying to understand why this is happening. But I'm getting Fed up being treated like this. I'm not waiting anymore. And I don't care about y'all's investigation any more. I'm done with Kohl's. The only thing I've done wrong in this scenario is that I trusted Kohl's would help me resolve this issue. And I was utterly stupid to think y'all would even try. Y'all won't even talk to me. I'm left alone during this whole thing and I'm told nothing. And when I do what y'all tell me I get punished for it and treated like I'm the criminal. Well now I'm being treated like a robot. As far as I can tell nobody at Kohl's has done a single thing to try and resolve my issues. And nobody at Kohl's gives a damn about what it's happening with my account. I'm going to go talk to a lawyer. I'm not going to sit here and let y'all treat me like this anymore. I'm going to find somebody that will actually try to help me. I don't trust Kohl's to do anything anymore. The only thing I did would was try to shop at Kohl's. And I've totally learned my lesson the hard way. I'm obviously the only one who is...
Read moreThe staff was lovely but the changing rooms in the women's section are absolutely filthy. This is the second time I've gone in to try on clothes and there's visible dust bunnies and debris on the floor. It's disgusting. I would've taken a picture but I didn't want to infringe on anyone's privacy as the rooms were full when I was there.
I realize that employees have to clear merchandise that was not purchased and have to refold, rehang, reshelve it, but I don't know if there's not a janitorial staff taking care of the cleanliness of the place.
And the changing rooms are too small. There's no place to put merchandise down, sit, and try on clothes comfortably unless the handicap stall is open.
And since the changing room in the exercise/jean section of the store is closed and the rooms have been consolidated, it's very trying having to acquire your selections from one end of the store and having to traverse everything to the middle. I realize this was probably done because of shrinkage issues but it's still a problem.
If the changing rooms had to be consolidated, the least the store could do is update the main one and...
Read moreI only like Kohl's for one reason now, being able to return Amazon orders. They have destroyed any resemblance of customer service which they used to be very good at. Now we have several empty self service kiosks and a huge line waiting on two open staffed registers. I waited and waited and waited for my turn at what took 60 seconds or so to deposit my return. We all know you're trying to economize by cutting staff and making us do our own shopping and check out. What you fail time and time again is to understand why I stopped shopping at your store in the first place. Your pricing policy of putting inflated prices on the item and then putting the 'sale" price below it when we all have smart phones and check the prices somewhere else and find we can buy the item everyday and sometimes cheaper somewhere else. This is a deceptive practice and it is very insulting that you would think this is a good idea. Whoever is insisting this is what your policy should be is killing your business and needs to be fired. Nothing's changed here still in there way to the...
