IF I HAD READ THE COMMENTS I WOULD NEVER HAVE LEFT MY CELL PHONE IN THEIR HANDS. I left my cell phone because I wanted to repair my broken screen of my iPhone 14 Pro Max. They told me they could do it. They assessed it and told me it was the broken screen and that they would replace it without any problem. I came back 20 minutes later and they had replaced the screen. They told me it was under a two-month warranty, but I noticed something was left inside the front camera. I told them, and they said they were going to reopen it to remove it. I want to emphasize that they never mentioned anything about the phone's processor overheating. My phone had been working perfectly for a long time. When they were opening my phone, they told me I had to fix the processor because it was very hot. They mentioned I had three options: 1) throw it away. 2) fix the screen and processor and go trade it with the Apple Store to get more money for it. 3) keep my broken screen and leave. I decided to leave it as it was because it was already very suspicious. When they gave me my phone, it was no longer working; it would turn off every two minutes and the battery dropped from 47 percent to 10 percent in a few minutes. I went back to ZAGG to complain, and they told me that wasn't their problem. They gave me a damaged cell phone. The manager got angry and said he wasn't going to fix anything, that if I wanted to sue, I could, and that it wasn't his problem. I felt ripped off. NEVER TAKE YOUR CELL PHONES THERE. NO ONE DESERVES THAT TREATMENT OR TO HAVE THEIR CELL PHONE DAMAGED . THE PURPOSE IS TO FIX IT, NOT DAMAGE IT. NO ONE SHOULD GO TO THAT PLACE. BE CAREFUL WITH THEM. THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT CELL PHONES, THAT'S WHY THEY DAMAGE THEM.

My bad experience isn't unique. There are more comments about this. Someone mentioned that after having their phone "fixed" at ZAGG, they went to Apple, and in a nutshell, they said they removed parts that were working properly. What's that called? Stealing, scamming, cheating? Something should be done to stop them from doing this to...

Bought a $60 screen protector here for the $12 plan never had a problem getting it replaced before. When I went today April 6th at 6 o’clock to get my screen replaced I was “helped” by the rudest employee ever telling me I can’t get a replacement without the broken screen protector offered no more help other then that just kept saying wish I could believe you man but you need the old one to get a replacement then just starred me down like he was joking not sure if this guy comes to work stoned or what but horrible experience can’t imagine management trains staff to act like that.

Update* - Checked on the official Zagg website no where does it state that you need to provide the broken screen protector to receive a new one for $12 in fact on the website a replacement is free minus shipping which still comes out to less. Sadly the gentlemen i spoke to on Sunday and now again today is stating he is a manager which is a true shame because to employ someone who is so rude and dishonest will only cause this business to lose more and more good customers. I hope the owner looks at this review and retrains this "Manager" until i receive some sort of acknowledgement from ownership i will go out of my way to support every other similar shop in American dream rather then deal with these...
