I recently had the pleasure of visiting Watches of Switzerland in the American Dream mall, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the outstanding assistance provided by Maria. From the moment I stepped into the store, Maria's professionalism and knowledge of watches were immediately apparent, setting the stage for an unforgettable shopping experience.

Maria's warm and welcoming demeanor instantly put me at ease. She greeted me with a genuine smile and a sincere desire in getting to know me and why securing a Rolex I’ve waited a lifetime for would mean so much to me. The atmosphere each team member created was extremely inviting. The two hours I spent in the store felt like ten minutes! Their collective knowledge of different watch brands and their willingness to share recommendations showcased their commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.

What an amazing experience! Maria not only delivered on what I thought was impossible, but made my first Rolex buying experience better than I could have imagined. My wife knew I had been eyeing a Rolex for a while and secretly planned to get one for my birthday. She walked into a local Rolex dealer thinking this was something she could buy on the spot and was shocked/disappointed to hear about the wait times. She told me about the experience and that she was going to buy it for me whenever they called. Fast forward to a few weeks before my birthday. We took our 3yr old and 1yr old to the American Dream Aquarium for the day and decided to walk the rest of the mall. We stumbled upon Watches of Switzerland, my wife said let's just go in and ask (still hopeful). I pushed back saying it is just going to be a waste of time and we were the epitome of "how not to walk into a Rolex dealer". I had a backwards hat on and was all disheveled (nevermind the fact we had the kids who were getting tired). She won and I sheepishly walked into the Rolex boutique kids in tow. Instantly we were excitedly greeted by Maria who, quite frankly, was more excited to see my kids than me I think! We talked for a while after that, she showed me a bunch of watches, and most importantly in no way talked down to/made my wife feel silly for thinking she could have just walked in and purchased one. Well, we left the store and several weeks later Maria delivered and got me the exact watch I was looking for in time for my birthday celebrations. The pickup experience...(I know this is long but I think it is important). I arrived a bit early and Maria was helping someone else. As I waited, Kelvin hung out with me (offered me a drink) and we talked watches, life, experiences. Susan also swung by as we were chatting to introduce herself and she gave me some interesting tidbits about my watch/production etc. (she is the Rolex Liason I believe). Max, also came by and started chatting. He gave some other very interesting facts about my watch and other topics we both seemed interested in. Maria, of course, made it all seamless getting me sized, facilitating the transaction, and just talking more about watches/life etc. So why the long winded details? At the end of the day, buying a luxury watch is about so much more than the watch itself. Some people love the watch history, some do it commemorate a milestone, in some cases people wait years to commit to the purchase. Life is mainly about experience. The entire experience from start to finish matters whether the watch is $1,000 or $50,000. Anyone can sell you a watch, but I haven't found any place to deliver a holistic experience like Maria and the team at WOS American Dream. Great job to all and thanks...

Woah where do I begin? I have been counting down the days for this immaculate store to open. The minute I walked into Watches of Switzerland located at the American Dream mall I was greated by all the professional staff at the moment. Even though everyone was busy, the first person available to help me was Katherine The minute I sat down I began talking to Katherine about the watches I had in mind. At that moment she began to share her passion with me for watches along with all her experiences with the watches she owns. At the same time she was educating me on the type of movements and meaning behind all watches. I mean her service was OUTSTANDING. The education she was giving me behind all the watches went on to just to another level of service. After she gave me all the information on the watches I realized how true her passion was with watches. I decided to share my passion on the tequila collection I have and the passion I have for fashion. She was very impressed about my tequila collection and also cared to ask me questions on how I started and so the fact that she asked me questions about myself made me feel like she genuinely cared about me. Wait dont stop reading this review yet! It gets better! She didn’t just sit me down to give me information on the watches I want, she actually had the attitude that she was determined to get me a piece. Leaving there store with that on my mind made me feel special. 2 weeks after seeing her I received a text from her that had me surprised. I had to actually pinch myself to make surre I was not dreaming. Katherine didn’t want to tell me what it was until I got to the store LOL. I took my chance and flew over there and she introduced me to my first piece. She also Introduced me to her manager Susan and told Susan all about my collection for tequila and fashion. That also really meant a lot to me. This proves to me that the whole store Watches of Switzerland really care about their customers.
