Had cracked my screen a while back and got it fixed at a different place where they used a cheap screen and ended up making my screen heat up and battery life go down, then I dropped my phone recently and the cheap screen had lines through it to where I could not use the phone at all! Set up and appointment with Apple (no Apple care) dumb I know they tell me we cannot replace your screen as the phone can’t be put in the heater (bullshit) told me they could exchange the phone for the same one $5-600, I said no I owe that much to pay the phone off I’ll just go to Verizon and upgrade I get to Verizon which was in the same mall the guy was actually cool at Verizon and says why don’t you take it across the hall to (The Fix) we know the guy and he might be able to help you, so I did told the guy my problem and that I had gone to Apple he said yeah they don’t want to fix the screen even though they can they want to charge you for a new phone, he tells me we can try to fix this, he told me there were actually 7 different levels of screen with the best 7 being Apple at almost $500 he had 3 in stock different levels I told him give me the best one you have in stock and he put in on for me 25 minutes he had it done phone worked perfect and still does no overheating screen, and my battery life is back to normal and for cheaper than the cheap screen I had originally replaced it with that overheated! I had a complex situation with my iPhone 14 Pro Max - I originally came in to repair a damaged charging port, but things turned out to be much more complicated. During the process, the team at The Fix not only resolved the port issue, but also discovered and replaced a screen that had been compromised, a faulty charging setup, and - to my surprise - a refurbished battery that had been sold to me in a brand-new phone by T-Mobile.

Mercit went above and beyond. He was incredibly knowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely cared about fixing the issues the right way. He replaced the screen with a soft OLED, repaired the charging port, and even installed a properly working battery at a competitive price point - all while keeping me informed and treating me with respect. Thanks to him, my phone is running like new again.

If I could put 0 stars I would’ve. I walked in yesterday with my friends looking to shop for some cases, the clerk at the front was extremely disrespectful, he rolled his eyes as we asked questions so we went to shop and all of a sudden he comes up to us and asks how he can help now, we told him no thanks we are just shopping we are good because if of his previous attitude we didn’t want anything to do with him anymore. He watched us within 5-10 ft like we were going to rob him or something. He then approached us with a very rude tone, saying “so are you going to buy it or not” I told him well am I not shopping you see? I’m looking at all the options to see what I will buy he said “no your looking at all the cases but your not buying anything” well that’s how shopping works you shop for the right product then buy it?
