My fiancé and I walked into the store to see if we could browse different wedding bands in the hopes to get a better idea of what would go well with my engagement ring. We met Afshan who was so friendly, helpful and was so patient. She answered all our questions as we were trying on various rings. She actually picked a beautiful ring that we wouldn’t even have thought to try and it complemented my engagement ring so well. We actually left the store with her business card and as we walked around for a couple of minutes, we talked about how we loved how the ring looked so much and the experience that we immediately went back and asked for Afshan again so we could just order it that day.

Marina went over and beyond what’s normally done in customer service and for this transaction ..She helped me secure a watch for my boyfriend that I couldn’t find online anywhere.According to Customer service-they had given me multiple numbers to stores that supposedly had it,( no one wanted to look I feel && NO WATCH) but she was the store that went over and beyond to make the customer happy and found what I was looking for..Not only did she find it , she sent me a video so I could see it in person or as close as I could get.Everything was over the phone and now it’s en route for my fellas birthday.
