Kayla (Assistant Manager) Kind of flakey and anxious, I came in to ask regarding my warranty, the only thing she was quick to do was twitch and agressively accuse me of blaming the employee who helped me, all I said was I didn't know about the requirements, not slinging blame just that I forgot. She went into a tirade; "it's not cracked, it's fine, it's fine," her face wracked with the best forced smile she could muster. I went in not even knowing I even had a warranty, which I mentioned at the start, also explaining hey I need it done so I understand that I may end up having to pay for it :( The last 10 minutes was her berating me about how important claim tickets are that 'No exception will be allowed!' then proceeded to explain how they would make an exception. Why do businesses hire people like this? It's no wonder this store hasn't renovated in decades if they have to pay these overinflated egomaniacs who are coarse and seem to explode without warning.    Read moreBought my wife's ring 10 years ago. Have had to have diamonds on the ring replaced 6 times over the years. We now live far away and get the ring inspected once a year when we are in town. We were told by former managers (plural because they have high turn over) that once a year inspection was suffice to meet warranty. 7th diamond fell out about a month ago, we mailed ring into them. Now we are told they will NOT be honoring their warranty because we did not have it inspected every 4-6 months. They should fix the ring because of shoddy workmanship to begin with. In the end I DO NOT RECOMMEND them. Please do not use them!!!    Read moreGreat customer service!! I bought an engagement ring that had to be sized up 2 and a half sizes, I guess 2 sizes up is free and it cost 225 for that extra half???!!! They called me 3 days after I bought it to ask if I wanted to pay the extra 225 to get it to the size I wanted. She was very sweet on the phone until I said no, I already paid 4,000 for the ring, I really don't want to pay anything more. After that she was very rude and said since the guy who sizes them had to stop what he was doing to see if I wanted to pay, that it would be 3 days later then when I told it would be ready. 3 days for a 5 min phone call???!!! I was really really upset after that. I only gave 4 stars cause Seaworth was an excellent salesman and they made a mistake on sizing and I actually got the size I wanted. Funny...
