Disappointing Experience at Blue Spoon
I had high expectations for Blue Spoon, having heard much about their variety of offerings. Unfortunately, my visit was far from satisfactory. I ordered a boba tea, looking forward to enjoying the chewy tapioca pearls that are the hallmark of this drink. To my dismay, when I received my order, I found it completely devoid of any boba - a glaring omission that stripped the experience of its essence.
When I approached the staff to address this mistake, hoping for a quick resolution, I was met with an unexpected and unwarranted refusal of service. They declined to correct the order or offer any form of compensation for their mistake. This indifference to customer satisfaction and the basic tenets of hospitality was both surprising and disappointing.

My son had allergies, I kindly asked the female CURRENTLY WORKING at 330pm (East location) 7-23-18 to educate me on what comes in the bubble drinks - she SCOFFED at me and said ice flavor and tapioca. I said okay, can you explain what comes in the smoothie... She VERY ANNOYED said mix and ice. I asked for further clsrificlarif on the mix itself and the ingredients and she went into the back and came and said the brand.... That's it.... No compassion or kind service... Read moreWent in this evening for the second time after being disappointed the first with stale toppings, decided we’d go and just not get the toppings this time, we each grabbed a cup there were two workers messing around inside or maybe it was just the girl and the man was a friend but neither said anything to us as we walked up to the chocolate/vanilla/twist machine and were met with completely melted ice cream from each one. We threw the cups away and walked out. As a worker if you know a machine is broken there should be a sign on the machine or you should say something. Not impressed with this...
