This is absolutely the worst store I have ever been to!!! I spent over $3,000 on my new Mathews Phase 4 bow and all the stuff to go with it! So I call up and ask for the archery department and was told their bow technician won't be in until 4:30pm. So after 4:30 I drive 35 miles to get my peep sight adjusted. I get my bow case inspected then walk back to the Archery department and see 2 guys there behind the gun counter. I waited awhile and the guy that was setting up a scope on a rifle for a customer asked if he could help me, I said I needed to get my peep site adjusted. He said this is our bow technician (the guy just standing there against the gun counter not doing anything). The guy installing the scope asked the so called bow Tech if he can adjust my peep for me, the guy said I don't know how and can't do it!!! So why is he just standing there doing nothing getting paid? Maybe he should be practicing on a bow so he can learn something!! (I don't mean practice on my bow either!) I completely waisted my time!!!! I have had nothing but crap experiences from this store!!! I will NEVER buy another thing from this store!!! I will drive the 4 hour drive or whatever it is to Black sheep in Idaho before I ever buy another thing from this store!!! My wife and I have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars at this store between fly fishing equipment, camping equipment and hunting equipment!!! Never again! I bought a pair of hiking boots here on the 25th. I was a little hesitant if they’d work out, and so before I bought them I asked the employee at the counter that evening the return policy. He specifically told me that if they don’t work out, as long as I keep the receipt I can return it. I wore them for one simple hike and they blistered my ankles and cut my toe. I brought them in with the receipt to return, only to now be told they can’t be returned if they were worn outside. They’re still in great condition, just some dust on them.

This store really needs to either teach its employees their own policies, or they need to honor what employees tell customers. I am extremely upset now because I saved up for a pair of hiking boots for a while, and I cannot afford ones that actually will work for me now. Went in with a friend to buy a new fishing reel, I asked an employee if I could grab it from the case, he acknowledged me and then watched me take it without added comment. I purchased the reel and immediately opened the box outside the store to find that the box was empty apart from the manual and leftover bubble wrap, and had been resealed with a tamper sticker.

I went back in and told the cashier who, for the record, earned a star back on this otherwise one star review.
