Ledo Pizza — Restaurant in Easton

My family has been eating lunch and dinner for a long time at this Ledo's location. After last night, Saturday September 14th, I am not sure if I will ever return. Arriving around 6:30 PM to have dinner to go to a concert we, a friend and I, ordered within 5-10 minutes after arrival. My friends food arrived in 15-20 mins, however my food never arrived. I asked the waitress around 7:15 what was going on with my food order and was told that there was only one person in the kitchen. They had someone come and help from the bar and that my food would be out shortly. I told her I needed it within to next 5-10 mins because I needed to go to a concert. At 7:30 I still had not received any food and asked the waitress for the bill. She said that they made the order wrong and were re-doing it. I told her I had to leave and just paid for what we consumed. While my friend and I were waiting all this time there was a table in the middle of the restaurant with about 8-10 people. One of these people was very rude and racist to the assigned waitress because 'She can't even speak proper English' and demanded another waitress. Another waitress helped them and other rude comments were made at the same table. Where was the manager? A manager should have been present and keep his guests informed if there are any issues AND had the rude and racist person removed from the restaurant. You won't see me there...

I literally just left and my family and I were quite upset. Our waitress, Taylor, was almost unworthy of a tip in my own opinion (but I did not pay so.) We didn’t get a warm “hi/welcome, I’m _ what can I get for you?” She seemed very rushed like she was ready to get us out of there even when business was slow and not demanding. The customers near us ordered Sundaes (which is the reason we chose to dine-in) and received them in cups as a sundae usually comes— with sprinkles, chocolate/caramel drizzle, in a cup, cherry on top etc. When we asked, she was almost shocked or annoyed we mentioned it (we knew since they’re free on Sundays the staff wouldn’t mention it, we would have to) and when we did she just seemed… slow. Anyhow, we order the “sundaes” but get just 3 very small — I mean the size of a chicken nugget — plain vanilla ice cream scoops in a regular bowl. That’s it. My little sister and grandfather were upset about the “sundaes” not having the works. However, on the tv we’d been eyeing all evening: it mentioned there would be sprinkles and everything else you’d expect on a SUNDAE. If we wanted ice cream we would’ve gotten ice cream, we could’ve gotten that at home. We specifically asked for SUNDAES. It seems petty to complain about this...

Well my first time here and overall a really good experience. The waitress was very helpful. Very informative for being our first time. Offered us a couple things we should get. I got one hot wings six piece and one hot wings six-piece buffalo barbecue. They were really good. My only issue was that the wings were not coated. The sauce was just kind of drizzled on top which I kind of made them not taste the best. I got the taco pizza in the pepperoni pizza. Taco pizza is really good. The pepperoni pizza was a little bit on the greasy side but overall still not a bad pizza. The overall experience was great. Definitely would come back home again. Only difference that I would like to see would be the wings actually tossed in the sauce to get the full experience home again. Which waitress was awesome...
