Some new trainees with great attitudes and customer service. There was a lady with short blonde hair and TERRIBLE customer service! Very rude and accused us of trying to get a free meal. We went there to celebrate grandma’s birthday. When she tried to talk to one of the training waitresses the Short blonde haired lady told our grandma “let’s stay focused” rudely cutting her off. Then after not receiving a burger she stated “well we didn’t hear you say two” “we just want to make sure you’re not getting another burger that you shouldn’t be getting” and we told her that we didn’t need it anymore and that there was already plenty of food. As we didn’t need to have everyone else finished eating and to wait on one person. She stated “well it’s already been dropped so we can’t take it back, you HAVE to take it.” Once the burger came out we told the employee who brought it to us that we would like it in a to go box. And she threw her arms in the air about it. Definitely not a place that we would return to, also will be taking our business else where. Total bill was $124.xx and we paid $160 to cover the tip. We also made sure to clean up our table for the wait staff.

I would rate this zeros stars, but the rest of the employees had good customer service and the food was okay, it was sort of bland. I don’t appreciate being accused of trying to get a free meal and then being forced to take a meal that wasn’t even brought out until everyone else was done eating. Whoever this employee was, was also rude to others walking in the door inquiring about wait times. Please consider extra customer service training for this employee. This employee could be driving away extra cash flow due to her service and attitude.

Graduating from UW-Stout in the hospitality management program I would never treat a...

It's the end of an era. 😭 It all started in college and had become a yearly tradition since probably 2006- meeting in EC to watch a Packer game at Court 'n' House with family for the camaraderie, delicious burgers, pull tabs and jello shots when the Pack scored, and halftime complimentary spread (which actually started as a potluck in the early years). With the new ownership, it'll no longer be our go-to meeting spot, as all of the fun is gone.

Pros: The burgers taste very close to the same as always, with the exception of a few of us at the table getting bites of a lot of spice/peppery taste. They still have popcorn!

Cons: Very inflated prices compared to before (Yes, I'm aware of inflation and post-COVID prices, but the menu was just sad- not the hole in the wall we're used to). The new burger menu is also lacking- no more doubles ($4 extra if you want one) and an upcharge for every type of topping you could imagine. There also isn't an option for plain, bagged (included) chips with a burger like before.

Overall, I just wish the new owners hadn't tried to fix what wasn't broken. They take cards now (and even have a website), and maybe those contribute to increased costs, but paying cash was just one of those things that...

I hadn't been back in the U.S.A. for 12 years, and told my family I wanted a good ole American burger while I was back. My brother-in-law recommended this place, and it delivered in spades. I had a pepperjack jalapeno burger, which was totally awesome. Amazing flavours and just the right balance of ingredients. However I also was able to try the "Mel Burger". I initially balked at the inclusion of olives, not being a big fan. I was reassured it would be good, so I went for it. Now let me tell you, whomever designed that burger is a genius and deserves an award. The synthesis of flavours made for a burger experience which my mere mortal vocabulary fails at conveying. I can only come close and say it was probably the ultimate burger experience. It made for the culinary high point of my whole visit. The only negative point here is it has set the bar so high, all other burgers are just not going to come close. Oh and also, the service was excellent. Friendly staff, prompt service. The place could use some repairs, sure - but it was clean and comfy and you simply aren't going to get a...

Consistently voted one of the best burgers in the valley and rightly so. Thursday's are 2/1 burger night so was busy. I arrived near the end of the dinner rush. My waitress was friendly, bring my drink quickly and, did several "table touches" while I was there. Even told me proactively that I could get the second one to go. While the burgers did take a bit to arrive, it was well worth the wait - perfectly cooked and juicy. This is good food not fast food. 2 great meals for under $20.

Definitely a packed house here for Wednesday wing night. The locals know where the best wings are... here. All you can eat, just gated by time. It did take about 20 minutes for our first order, and it's 6 at a time, but they're fantastic. Cooked to just right crispieness. Service is friendly and relatable. And the price is right. Lots of other great options as well! White russian was very good, on tap root beer good but sweet.
