I've made several trips here and I love the selection! The space is cramped, but I understand the need for it to fit in this little upper level of the mall, but just be aware that you will probably have to move out of peoples' way several times while you're browsing there haha.
One criticism is that I wish the labeling and organization were clearer. In some sections like sheet masks the products are arranged by type, i.e. with all the masks together, but most of the store is arranged with each brand's products together. I would find it easier to have e.g. all the toners next to each other, all the oil cleansers next to each other, all the sunscreens next to each other. As it is, I wish there were at least better signage as to what brand is where, because there are some good brands that I'd be interested in buying from that are really tucked away on a low shelf or something. Having a little sign in the aisle or at eye level saying which brands each shelf contains would be a huge help!
The other thing I wish they'd change is the music. First of all I wish they'd turn it down a bit 🥴😣 I found it almost painful at times. It didn't make for a relaxing and fun browsing experience, and if I'd been in a more sensitive mood it honestly would have been enough to make me walk out without buying anything, or certainly to make me not want to spend time there and find more things to buy. And second of all I wish there were more variety and freshness in the playlist instead of the same dozen big-name Kpop songs. There's so much good Asian pop out there and it would've been fun to hear some underplayed stuff from different artists, not just the "big names" like Blackpink and its members. The store sells Japanese beauty products as well so mixing in some Jpop would be a great place to start imo!
Overall I will be back because the fun of being able to browse and buy great sunscreens, toners, cleansers, and sheet masks in person with no shipping wait-time and the knowledge that I'm getting authentic products is...
