Ebisu EP — Local services in Eden Prairie

10/10!! The worker here was super lovely (Gigi) and helped a lot on what products were! Gave reasonable advice and explanations when needed and overall a lovely customer service experience! Especially when buying blind boxes, one of them ended up being opened already and helped me out the best way possible for my situation!

When asking for certain help on items and what to rely on, Gigi’s there!!

Also no this place is not a “grocery store” it’s a convenience shop where you get Japanese essentials from bath products to kitchen appliances! Some cute Sanrio stuff and most of all blind boxes of the variety!

I hope they expand more on their makeup products as I love the ebisu from the mall of America for their variety there...

I am very disappointed in Ebisu for selling knock-off Sonny Angel figurines in their gacha machines. I purchased one of the Christmas ones and two of the dreamer hippers. The Christmas angel came in a clear plastic bag. As you can see from the photos, the quality is not that of a true Sonny Angel.

I was going to contact them directly about this but I could not find any phone number or email address listed on Google or...

Located inside the Asian Mall, it's located on the 2nd Floor in the corner of the mall.

You will find a wide selection of Japanese products, anime, kitchenware, snacks, figurines, and much more. The store is very well organized, clean and very easy to find and read the products items and price.
