Infinity Edgewater — Local services in Edgewater

Unfortunately, the reviews of Infinity Edgewater are correct. Yes, the facility is beautiful. We 100% would have moved in last August, but were completely turned off by the management. As mentioned in another review, we too had a distasteful experience with a leasing agent, Rose. Dave told us she would give us a tour when we entered. Upon that moment, she didn't say hello, or speak throughout the duration of the tour. She offered zero information. I emailed the office that we would like to view the apartment again, with the request of a different leasing agent who may be able to answer our questions regarding the apartment. I mentioned that our agent didn't speak to us, and that I'm sure we were missing valuable information. Objectively, hearing information about a potential new home is considered a reasonable request. The response recieved was from the same unfriendly and unprofessional leasing agent, who didnt address any concern other than her own boasting of good service. Heres a piece of the response.

"Thank you for your GREAT feedback 😊 Sorry you feel that way about my presences. This is actually MY FIRST complaint from any prospect EVER that I have toured or spoken to. First time anyone has spoken about my lack of "professionalism". I have had prospects move in just BECAUSE of ME and how I've treated them."

Hopefully our poor experience and her poorly written email is not an indicator of how Infinity...

I've lived in Infinity over a year now, and while I prepare to transition to a new home, I want to write a note of thanks to the Infinity team for their hard work and pride in managing the community. I moved here last year in the months after the onset of the pandemic, and even with the added stress of the pandemic restrictions that were in place, Dave Zicchinella and Thomas Hilario used every tool available to them to virtually show me the apartment, address all my questions about safety, and give me the flexibility to move in whenever it was possible to move out of my previous apartment. Now, as a I transition to move out, Dave and his team are again showing great flexibility.

As for the location, it couldn't be at a better spot on River Road. It is just minutes away to major retailers, including Target, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and a host of nice eateries nearby; the apartments/amenities are well maintained and modern; and the pricing is very competitive.

Infinity will leave me with the among the best memories of all the communities I've lived in. The team is phenomenal, and it shows in the way they treat their residents with great events. It is not transactional, but rather, a relationship they forge with the residents. These qualities make not just an apartment but an amazing community. Excellent place. Been living here three years running now. Spacious units with plenty of closet space, something very difficult to find at a reasonable price around this area. The staff has been nothing but excellent, attending to your every need as best as they can. The gym facility has been great as I go there everyday!

Neighbors are good and you cannot hear them for the most part due to the thick walls and floors. A lot of families live here, which I like, giving us plenty of peace and quiet. Downstairs you can find almost everything you need within parking distance, with everything else right across the street.
