NxGN Arena was definitely a fun experience overall, but there were some major issues that made it less enjoyable than it should have been. First off, my friend booked a private session for all of us, only to have the manager and owner join in and play with us.

Honestly, that's just unprofessional, we paid for a private experience, not to play with the staff. It really took away from the vibe.

Second, the place is extremely unorganized. We had to register on-site, and it took about 25–30 minutes just to get everyone set up for laser tag. We booked an 8:00 PM session and even arrived early around 7:45, but didn’t actually get started until well after 8:15. If you’re running events on a schedule, that kind of delay is unacceptable.

And lastly, the pressure for reviews is just uncomfortable. As people were trying to leave, staff were practically harassing us to leave 5-star reviews on Google. It felt forced and awkward. Don’t let the glowing reviews fool you, many of them are clearly being pushed out of people before they’re allowed to walk out the door.
