If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. BE CAREFUL IF YOU GET THE CASHIER ISABELLA. She’s trying to get away with STEALING from the customers. She charged me a whole Frappuccino fully knowing I DID NOT order it. She lied and said the total was $9, I paid with Apple Pay so by the time I looked down at the machine and noticed it was over $16 the transaction had already gone through. And since she saw me looking at it, she ran to the back immediately to avoid confrontation and to avoid explaining her attempt to steal. The other cashier I talked to about this, also did not want to help at first and kept asking what I got as if I was the liar and my mom was holding our order still. We hadn’t even moved from there my mom kept showing him the two mini cones. After going back and forth with him, finally what I assume is the manager, came forward and helped us with the refund. However, I thought it was strange she did not want to call ISABELLA over nor hand me the refund receipt. She was suspiciously super hesitant to hand me the refund receipt I had to insist on it. Finally, when the thief came back around she played dumb and didn’t even own up to it. She just said she didnt know how that Frappuccino got there in the charges. Also, when I asked for her name they did not want to give me her name and she kept hiding to avoid me. Be superrrrr careful when you pay if you choose to go this location because ISABELLA is literally stealing from customers. And they try to cover for her too. I just checked my account as well and it looks like both transactions have been pulled so I will update if I don’t get my money back, I will submit a fraudulent claim to my bank and report it. If you don’t want anyone to steal from you definitely stay...
Read moreI have been coming here for 15 plus years the portions have continuously gotten smaller and smaller, while the prices have continued to climb. 2 scoops of ice cream was not even visible in my medium cup unless I looked over it! My friend had a small 1 scoop and if I could’ve weighed them they probably would have been about the same. Being asked if I want one or two scoops for a cup size I already chose is also something I only see at this location. Speaking of weighing, they literally have a weighing machine on their counter and after scooping your ice cream they weigh it …I mean it’s really weird! I have never seen this anywhere else! I have been a haagen dazs customer all my life, any other place you go, in the city, in the malls you will get a proper portion of ice cream that mounts over your cup. At this place, I don’t even think I got a proper one scoop and I asked for 2! The owners of this chain have looked for ways to skimp their customers for years and at this point I will take things further and go above them. Stop playing with people’s money! These are hard times already, imagine getting pissed off while trying to have a good day and enjoy...
Read moreI’ve always had good experiences at this Häagen-Dazs location, but today was very disappointing. I ordered the Raspberry Lemonade and it was extremely sweet—almost undrinkable. I asked if they could add more water, and one of the three employees responded with attitude, saying “We don’t use water, we use sparkling water.” I stayed quite, but I am like still water. she added a tiny amount with more attitude. The drink was still way too sweet.
When I asked again, she said there was nothing she could do and refused to refund me, which is unacceptable. Instead of continuing to argue, I asked if I could at least use the price of the drink as credit, and I walked away with two bottles of water (which still cost less than the $9 I paid for the lemonade). I still lost money and left completely unsatisfied.
This is not how customers should be treated, and it reflects poorly on how this location trains its staff. Very...
