More than a pet store! You can feel it the moment you walk in. The inviting, comfy, and homey atmosphere that greets you, along with the warm smiles of Carlos and Astrid, the awesome couple who opened this beautiful new location in Edgewater City Place. I had never been to Woof Gangs before, but I can see why this chain of lovely pet boutiques has taken off across the country the way it has, and, more importantly, you can tell that the owners take great pride in their business. 😃

From the soft pastel pink painted on the walls to the lovingly arranged table chock full of all sorts of colorful baked treats to the assortment of cute squeaky toys and other goodies on the shelves, this intimate little shop has something for your lovable doggo and then some, all wrapped up in a charming pink bow. But what really makes splurging a little on your special four-legged family member here truly great is the customer service. Hands-down! 💕

The owners are not only dog lovers (and it shows), but they're also quite knowledgeable and very, very helpful. Case in point: my one-year-old Corgi, Cooper, whom we love to death and can do no wrong but is also a bit of a selective eater. I explained to Carlos that we had been having a hard time finding Coop the right food for his apparently discerning palate, and we were at the end of our rope. (Any obsessive pet parent will know how distressing it can be when your precious fur baby won't eat.) 😭

After patiently hearing me rant for fifteen minutes, he calmly walked over to one of the shelves and picked out Stella & Chewey's food topper. He told me his pups, one of whom is also a picky eater, loved it after they introduced it to their dry food, so I listened to his advice and took one home to test. Fast forward a few weeks, and Coop has been licking his bowl clean every night instead of sitting in front of a full bowl and giving me the infamous "corgi side-eye," hallelujah 🙌

Needless to say but Woof Gang's become our new favorite local pet shop, with more than a few repeat visits under our belts already to stock up on that topper (and a new toy or two), and we look forward to trying out their grooming services---which I've already heard great things about---very soon!

Today is the first day of furever! I wanted to support a smaller, more local business, and could not be happier with Woof Hang Bakery and Grooming. The storefront is super cute, lined with treats galore.

Check in was so easy, and the groomers really took the time to listen to me, as I detailed the lore of my pups. One is reactive and fearful of strangers, the other one loves everything- except the blow dryer. Both got full bath and haircut, with a blueberry facial. I have 0 notes on haircut and said whatever works-- and they came out SO CUTE!!!! Both pups took about 2 hours and I was given a 20 mins heads up for pickup.

I was told both of them fell asleep as they got their facials, and sat really well for their haircuts. Cant wait for them to get stinky so I can get them...

What a welcoming place, from the moment you arrive at the store you begin a beautiful experience with so many varieties of products for our little Maltise poodle. The owner of the store kindly gave us so much information about what type of hair cut, what products are ideal for our dog, Carlos Senf is a professional experimented knowledgeable about dogs, his wife Astrid always gave us a smile and treated us in the best possible way, we felt blessed and with family with such a good welcome, The hairdresser left our little angel so beautiful, they made him feel at home, what a professional way to treat our puppy that I have fallen in love with this magnificent store, I would recommend it millions of times, We will definitely be customers Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming of...
