Update:…I had to travel back 20 minutes to Edgewater from my home because there was a sandwich missing from our order, only to travel 20 minutes back home and find that the Napa Almond Chicken salad with Tomato Bread I always order had white bread instead, and ONE SMALL PIECE OF CHICKEN on one half of the sandwich, and another tiny piece of chicken on the other side, loaded with tomato and lettuce. And with gas at $4+ a gallon, that’s a 40 minute unnecessary round trip to deal with what should be a good food experience! This is the 3rd time they do that with the chicken. First time with the bread. 4th time with the order…they keep missing things. Last time they forgot to include a tomato soup. What the heck is going on with this Panera??? And the chicken they use looks completely processed!! It’s terrible! After so many years, we are completely done with Panera because they have gone down the tubes! The only thing they have going for them is their service. They are very nice, despite the fact that many of them do not speak English and can’t understand what you’re saying, but they try. We’re done done done! One star because the cashiers are nice.

I have been ordering with them online now, and they don’t get our orders straight. It’s tough to get in touch with them when the order is wrong, so you’re forced to eat whatever you received. And it’s not like we live around the corner to bring it back. Their app is bad when you have to change something, after you place an order. And when you try to call, they don’t pick up the phone. So far I’ve called 9 times because they keep hanging up. No one picks up so I can change the pick up time. In fact, the 8th time, someone picked up and then no one spoke and they hung up!!!! Very frustrating!!!! Last time i received a chicken sandwich, with barely any chicken. And the tomato soup was halfway filled instead filling the entire cup, as opposed to the time before that when they didn’t even add my soup to the bag, and it was paid for. And they left out the desserts we order, but we were charged for it.

I usually try not to go to this Panera because the staff here are so slow but sometimes, it is so unbelievable how inefficient the cashiers and the staff in this establishment can be. There were NO line - just a customer in front of me and the cashier was taking her time to take out a few bakeries item one by one - and the beverages and it took forever!! This happened all the time and I just cannot believe that they cannot put more than one cashier in front!! Their staff just DON'T CARE if they are giving good services (the manager must not be doing his/her job since they could not even allocate the right resources to make sure that their customers are happy.) I am NOT spending anymore money - both personal and business expenses in getting anything from Panera anymore! Their premium priced products does not justify the crappy service that their staff are giving. Yes granted I love their baguette but next time I will just run to ACME nearby and get their gourmet baguette from Canada which is as good (or even better). Read moreThe worst ever! I placed and order and I made sure the instructions were clear and easy to understand, including name of the facility, and how to see it. It’s a pretty big door with a big signal up top, impossible not to see it. Anyway The delivery man calls me confused saying he wasn’t able to see the clinic. So I explain him one more time in the clearest way possible. He says ok and hangs up. I wait and I call back. The guy tells me he delivered the order to someone and these people basically said it was me (they either lied or he didn’t even ask and dropped it there). So I tell him I never received anything. He replies “ok I’ll take the order back and bring it to you” at that point I said I didn’t want an order that was probably being touched and opened by someone else especially during COVID. So I call the place and ask them to please cancel the order and send me a refund. They tell me that they will refund me but they won’t be able to send me any confirmation of this transaction.
