Technology passed me by and I needed help. Printers didn't work, I wasn't sure if the internet bandwidth was good.....I was lost. Ira came out and asked me what was going on. After a 10 minute discussion he set out to work. Turns out it wasn't me or the internet. He advised me to make a couple of setting changes and he worked at the problem until it was solved. Then he checked each of my devices to make sure they were not affected. He made other recommendations that will save me $$. He asked if there was anything else that needed fixing but wasn't ready to replace my baseboards. An all around pleasant individual and a great technician. Worth every penny! PS - He was here when he said he would be!....Really!! Trust CSI with your IT issues! PS. He followed up on Saturday morning and on the phone helped fix another bug!!!! What????...

I spoke with Ira, one of the owners. I had been in panic mode since the night before because my son had done God knows what to my computer. I couldn’t use my keyboard. My entire life is on my computer and I was stressing. I had spoken with other companies, even my own computer brand support, none of which were any help. They all told me to bring it in, as if that’s convenient and then I’d be on a waiting list for 5-7 days. Immediately after I told him what was going on, Ira spoke to me like family. Told me everything would be ok and to take a deep breath and he would fix it today. He fixed the issue within 15 minutes. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service and quality. My son and I took two laptops to be repaired. We also asked advice on a new purchase for my son. Matthias made our questions seem logical and reasonable. He answered with both knowledge and patience. He made recommendations that I felt confident following. When it came to my son's purchase, Matthias researched a new (to him) product with enthusiasm and made recommendations for RAM, storage, etc. Matthias made my son feel so comfortable that he's going to ask Matthias to help him set up his new laptop on arrival. He made what could have been a daunting process, an enjoyable experience. It's difficult to find a service that I feel comfortable recommending without reservations.
