YETI — Local services in Edina

We received a cooler for our wedding but wanted to exchange it for a different color. We brought it to the store unused and still in the yeti box. Not only did they refuse to let us exchange it for a different color, but the manager was extremely short(bordering on rude) and did not offer to help us find a solution. The employee(s) helped me greatly today (09/16/2025). They were knowledgeable about the product and how to use it. Got me exactly what I needed. Were great to chat with, even though I wanted to be more in and out. I had a lot on my agenda that day. Looking forward to a driving trip, from Minnesota to Florida, back again to Minnesota, with my Yeti Tundra cooler and ice packs. Keeping my food and drinks, well cool. The store itself is nice but had a moderately frustrating experience with the service. I had gotten my husband a gift from here and the previous cashier sent me an e-receipt, he wanted to exchange the items and when providing the e-receipt the team members did not accept it, stating he needed the original credit card (which he didn’t have) 🙄🙄 Yeti - what’s the point of an e-receipt if we’re not able to use it??
