The Style & Sales Advisor that you work with makes a world of a difference. All the guys are pretty well put together, but fashion is intuitive and there were a couple I observed as being skilled and truly capable of helping the clients find the absolute right fit for their body type and style, not just based on trend fits. Percelle knew how an overcoat should fit and he helped me make a critical decision to purchase a different coat, color and fit after I ordered one originally thinking that would be my dream coat. Highly recommended. There are also other dapper guys to consult there for inspiration, but if you can work with Percelle, do it. He has a very warm interpersonal style which could be off-putting to men who aren’t secure in themselves, but to those who are, this is the guy you’ll want preparing you to go out in the world in your new garments. Only complaint about this store is that it’s the smallest one I’ve been to in the world… which is a sad decision SuitSupply HQ probably made, so you’ll probably need to order what you need online but they can ship to store and help...

I visited Suit Supply this past weekend (7/5) to pick out a suit for my wedding. I arrived without an appointment but had no problem waiting. Tyler added me to the waitlist and said that I'd be contacted when someone was available.

My fiancé and I walked around the Galleria for more than an hour while we waited. after about 75 minutes, I checked in and was told that they attempted to contact me after 30 minutes had elapsed and removed me from the waitlist after not hearing from me. I received no email or text and after asking Tyler what number or email they used, he wasn't able to provide that. Tyler didn't offer an apology and seemed annoyed.

I decided to wait again considering the time investment we made. TaVanni helped us after consulting with us a few months prior and she is an absolute gem to work with. She made the process easy and I look forward to meeting with her again in a few weeks when the suit is ready. I'd recommend her to anyone visiting.

I came into to purchase a last minute suit because sadly I’ve grown more than my other suits would like. Tyler was so understanding and very excited at the idea of finding something for me instead of leading with “I’m not sure we will be able to”

My size in a style I’d like wasn’t available and instead of “see you later” he began to walk me thru the online store showing me what we could get in store in time. He pulled out fabrics and walked into the back to show me what the physical product will show up looking like. Joked with me & gave me input on if he thought certain style would work for this black tie affair.
