the price is great, but you really NEED to read the expiration date. I bought things that have been sitting for 2.5 years in stock and with only half year life left =(

my wife bought a lot etsee lauder whatever cream for her friends and herself during the thanks giving sale this year, in a price of 60 or 70 something each(regular price 90 on website.) I think she bought 6 products. And after 2 weeks, when we were sending them to friends, I noticed on the box, there is a piece of Korean language paper stick on it. though I can't read Korean, I saw a date 2016/06/xx whatever date. This must be the expiration date! and my wife, as always never be careful before she swipes the card = ( I did some search online, the cream normally has a 3 years life. That means they've been sitting there for 2.5 years. And we have only 0.5 year left on it. And the worst thing is that, as always, my wife has lost the receipt, and we can not return nor...

On Thursday Aug 25, around 1.45 pm, I went to this store to buy some cosmetics. I did not remember exactly the name of the product I needed so I asked the employee at the store to provide some guidance. The lady was very rude, close to being mean. She treated me very unpolitely saying: "what"? "I don't understand", etc. When she finally understood, she said also very badly " there are some of those out there, go look". I had previously gone to the store and the attention was very good, that is why I returned and all I wanted was to avoid buying the wrong thing. This time the attention was awful. Nobody does a favor to a customer when the customer requests guidance about their own products! We pay! As far as I am concerned, I will never buy there again, zero...
