Love going to WHBH. Love the 2 jeans that I purchased on 12/12/22; however, I purchased a $100 gift card so I could get $20 after X-mas. Everything was going great until I tried to use the gift card (12/27/22) as I thought i had $4.34 on it. The balance was zero. Got my receipts (I keep nearly all my receipts), & it did say that the value of the card was $0.00 & that I should have gotten back $4.34 I do NOT remember getting the cash back. I remember think that I needed to keep the card as it had $$ on it. Called the store. The he client didn't know & had to ask the manager who said that if it's under $5 they give the cash back. Didn't offer to see if their drawer was out of balance that day. Please pay attention to how they do their gift cards, or they...

Extremely rude staff. The two middle aged women working there made sure we knew they closed in 10 minutes when we walked in 14 minutes before they closed.

The older of the two pre-menopausal women was very rude to a Hispanic woman at the checkout because she didn’t speak English very well and she was trying to understand how much her bill was. When the old woman said, “THIRTY……..SEVEN……..NINETY……..TWO” she finally understood.

We just left at that point. And thank, God we did. Those two grandmothers working there don’t have much time left on this earth. And what little time they do have doesn’t need to be spent staying at work until the actual end of their shift, and...

I want to share an experience I had at the store. I forgot my diamond wedding bands there, and left them in one of the fitting rooms. I called the store about an hour later, and one of sales clerks (forgot her name) found them and saved them for me. . It’s gratifying to know that there’s still honest people in this world!
