This is the most unprofessional company. Extremely rude and not understanding AT ALL. They don’t call you back, customer service is nonexistent. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have already spread the word of their unprofessionalism. They do not care if they lose prospective business.
EDIT: We have tried used this company. They came out and we learned that the part we thought was broken, was actually not. It was another part. The technician said that he would go back to the office and check to see if it’s under warranty and let us know when they’d be out to fix it again since the part had to be ordered. Never got a call back. We had to call them. Multiple times we reached out and they said they’d call us back when the part was in. Finally today, after calling 4 times this morning alone and getting someone on the last call, they were extremely rude in their mannerism and the price quoted was different than what was being told to me on this call. I told the guy, let me call my husband and call around. He threatened to cancel my ticket. Over and over, back and forth and he continued to argue with me and cut me off when I was talking. He threatened to cancel the shipment of the part after I repeatedly said “Let me talk to my husband”. I’ve never seen such absurd behavior in a business. We are pro-small business people, but definitely will not be giving this business our hard earned money when treated as such. Word of advice for anyone considering using them: If they can’t take the time to listen to your concerns or answer your questions or if they treat you as if you’re a burden to their day, you might think twice about using them!
To David’s Appliance: I am appalled by the way we were treated when all we wanted was our washer to be fixed. Unfortunately, it came to this. Maybe you will take this review as a lesson to be learned and as education for all your employees to treat others with respect and tend to the customers needs. Read moreThere is absolutely nothing wrong with David’s appliances. The man is very nice and obviously done business in Edmond for time. However, it appears that for whatever reason he has become involved with some less than forthcoming characters. Innovative financing. Which should really say “ shady rent to own trickstest”. Our refrigerator gave out shortly after moving. I saw David’s appliances on a list of EPS sponsors. So it seemed like a good idea. We applied for financing online, it was approved and my husband proceeded to pick one out and sign contracts etc. Fast forward 15 months. Covid hits, husband is furloughed and fridge payment is late. The man from the “ finance company” calls and wants the refrigerator back because “ it’s leased not financed”. Threatens legal action and he even had the nerve to laugh at some point in the conversation. Bottom line... if you can’t pay cash don’t go here. No offense to the elderly gentleman...

So the man helped us, it took just a few minutes to find it and ring it up. He sold it to us for $84 and that was a "good deal" because whole sellers price is $92. I did not realize until I walked around the store and saw the prices on the appliances that they were way over priced. I looked up the part that I just bought for $84 online and found it for $22 plus a $6 shipping fee. My girlfriend and I walked back into the store to return the heating element, he asked why we were returning it and we told him what we had just found out.
