After my laptop crashed, I found Computer Commissary online and rushed the computer in first thing Monday morning (you know, like an emergency room for sick and broken computers), where I met Jason. With great patience, he listened to my lengthy story of events (a years worth of issues). And while I'm sure Jason had a million other things to do in that very moment, he engaged in a lengthy conversation with me regarding my options. In the end, I decided to follow his ultimate recommendation, which was to declare the laptop "dead" (my words, not his) and just have him try to retrieve the data. While that was unsuccessful because the computer was so damaged, he helped put a game plan together of other things I could do. To that end, I will most definitely be going back to Jason to complete that plan... and I wouldn't hesitate going back to him for any other future computer...

Jason deserves a 10+ times 10 for the work he performed on my computer at home. His ingenious knowledge allowed him to access my computer and retrieve all my information. I had tried Dell, Cox and Microsoft and they were of no help. Jason fixed the problem in just over an hour and I now have access to my computer again. Jason has a great personality and is a pleasure to work with. I could not recommend him...

These guys do good work and their prices are fair. The hard drive in my older laptop failed and I took it in to Jason. He was able to replace the hard drive and get me back up and running the same day. I was charged less than the initial quote. I will recommend this place to...
