Whataburger — Restaurant in Edmond

Can we say false advertisement according to Crystal. Rude to customers. I have had the monterey melt more times then 50 times at other locations and this one. It has been a great burger. Until I had it with Crystal Basquez on duty. Two bad experiences with her. First one I blew off the burger had very little onions and peppers. That is all that comes on the burger. She says it is only suppose to have 1 ounce. Not sure how much an once is but when it can not cover the burger that needs to be rethought. Second time yesterday I had not ate lunch and it was dinner time I am starving I just need to eat something anything. Husband picks this store. I order and get my burger. First two bites no toppings. About that time the lady who took my order walks by as I opened the burger and she looked at it and asked if I wanted remade. I said I just wanted the onions and peppers. A few second later her comes Crystal the manager to tell me that it comes with 1 ounce and I can pay for extra toppings. I say ok fine. She will not leave the table I am sitting at and continues to stare at me and say rude things. I look up at her and said that Whataburger has been advertising the monterey melt and it show a lot more on it. She the says that is for advertisement. I said that would be false advertisement. I said even the pictures show more then is on my burger. She said they push all the toppings to the side so you can see them. I said but I can see more then is on my burger. She stared at me giving me the evil eye. So I asked her to leave me alone so I could eat my burger in peace. She said I could not talk to her like that. She could call the police on me and have me escorted off. I am sitting down trying to eat, she said what she wanted to say she should have left. If she works there I will...

Whataburger is one of those places , in my opinion , that you can go to and know that you're about to have a really good meal. I've never not once been dissatisfied with the food I ordered from any of the Whataburger locations . I will say though that the one in Edmond off Broadway does have a particularly nice and friendly staff of employees so thank you for always being consistent. Also , I use to work graveyard shifts and would , on occasion frequent a Whataburger establishment normally the new one by Dave and Buster's on N . May which like I've said before love their burgers especially since I've always preferred a Bacon cheese burger over breakfast food anytime so getting off at 7 in the morning and being able to get a burger that early worked out well . I always love going here. The staff are always welcoming, and I usually get my food fast and fresh. Today was no exception as a woman named Miranda greeted me immediately and was very kind and helpful to me. She anticipated my requests by asking questions. I hope the managers keep looking towards her as an example of a great employee.

As I'm typing this up about to leave, a customer had a decently sized order. Miranda asked without hesitation if he would like help bringing his order to his car. He refused, but it dosent change the fact that it was different than what I'm used to in fast food. I'm not sure if that's something Whataburger trains their employees on, but if it isn't, that's going above and beyond her scope of her work and is definitely something I would look for in...
