Called and asked if I could speak to a manager (specifically Lauren) after my mom had a horrible experience that left her crying after she was asked not to return to the store when she went to return a product that ruined my dining room table (it was a diffuser that was a gift to me while i’ve had multiple diffusers on my dining room table they’ve never damaged it). Read moreWhile it pains me greatly to leave negative feedback I felt compelled to do so because after 4 yrs of shopping here, while my daughter was in college locally & it being the highlight of every trip into town, I was asked not to come back merely because I asked to return part of a larger purchase that damaged a piece of our furniture.
