You can only imagine the excitement I felt when I came across Summer Moon Coffee in Edmond on a bike ride while visiting my in laws here in Edmond, OK. I haven’t had summer moon since 2009 in Austin Tx back when my husband and I first started dating. I decided to bring the entire family and we had amazing customer service from Haze.J. She was so sweet, welcoming and patient with all of our questions. The coffee is just as good as I remember and that MoonMilk… there’s nothing else like it. SO GOOD! Our kids said their Hot chocolates were the best they’ve ever had. Outdoor seating is shaded and clean 10/10 would stop in again to get another cup of coffee and hangout with the family on the patio. Located in a nice part of Edmond with lots of art, shopping and food...

We're from Austin, and got to be some of the first who experienced the beginnings of Summermoon and all that it had to offer. We watched it spread and grow all over the city with joy; so we were thrilled to get to see a familiar face as we moved to Edmond! However, we've noticed in the last few months a lot of inconsistency with drinks made. Our orders are simple and rarely more than a cold brew or drip coffee. Drip coffee is often lukewarm or cold, the flavor level of drip coffee (velvet blaze, which does not change) isn't consistent, cold brew is sometimes weak or extra strong, etc. It's sad, and we don't want to stop coming but it may be what comes if things don't begin to...
