THIS IS AN EXCELLENT UPS LOCATION.
VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CURTEOUS STAFF.
PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE AND ALL STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND COMMUNICATE VERY WELL WITH ALL THE CUSTOMERS.
IT IS MY GO TO LOCATION WHEN I WANT TO MAKE SURE A PACKAGE OR LETTER GETS TO THE INTENDED RECIPIENT ON TIME.
I HAD USED THE POST OFFICE FOR YEARS BUT I HAVE FOUND THAT NEARLY EVERYTHING THAT I SEND IS NEARLY ALWAYS LATE AND IN RECENT YEARS YEARS I HAVE FOUND ALOT OF LETTERS, PACKAGES GOT LOST AND WAS NEVER FOUND. I WAS OUT THE COST OF ITEMS LOST NOT TO MIND THE HASSLE.
THE SERVICE AT THE POST OFFICES HAS GOTTEN VERY BAD AND UNRELIABLE IN RECENT YEARS SO I DECIDED TO LOOK FOR ALTERNATIVE WAYS OF SENDING MY MAIL OR DELVERING PACKAGES, CHRISTMAS AND BIRTHDAY PRESENTS, ETC.
AFTER DECIDING TO FORGET ABOUT DOING BUSINESS WITH THE POST OFFICE ANYMORE I TRIED A FEW DIFFERENT PLACES BUT WAS NOT HAPPY ENOUGH WITH THESE PLACES EITHER. I WAS REFERRED TO THIS UPS LOCATION BY A COUPLE OF FRIENDS.
I GAVE IT A TRY AND I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE PRICES AND THE SERVICE HERE. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANYTHING THAT I SENT HERE GET LOST WHICH FOR ME IS THE MAIN THING. I ALSO DO NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH LONG LINES AT THE POST OFFICE ANYMORE WHICH SAVES ME ALOT OF TIME AND MENTAL STRESS.
LEAVING THE POST OFFICE AND DOING BUSINESS FROM THIS LOCATION WAS THE BEST DESCISION THAT I EVER MADE IN EVERY POSSIBLE WAY. I CAN DO EVERYTHING HERE AT THE ONE TIME, FAX , PHOTOCOPY, PACKAGING OF GIFTS, MAILING, ETC.
EXCELLENT ONE STOP SHOPPING.
FORGET THE POST OFFICE SYSTEM AS IT IS WORSE IT IS GETTING.

A couple of days ago i went into your store to process an Amazon return. Usually if I canât print out the label, I am able to email it and have it printed out there but that day your network was down and I was told Iâd have to print it myself and come back or go to another location. That was a bummer but I didnât mind because the lady was kind about it. Fast forward to tonight, I come in and the young man I usually get helped by, whoâs always so kind, was busy with a customer. So I ended up getting help (if you want to call it that) from you, the owner.
You had a bad attitude from the start. But what was really upsetting is that I had not sealed my box and before I could ask if you had tape, you said: âyou need to seal that box, it is not our responsibility, it is YOUR responsibility to bring your package in sealed.â I let you know I didnât have tape and while you proceeded to turn and grab some you said: âyou should have read the instructions.â and then handed me the tape. I taped the box up and while I stood there waiting for you to scan the box and print out my receipt, you took your time and carried a conversation with your employee.

   Read morePlace is super close to where I live its a damn shame the owner dies not care about service. Every time I go to print something i get a different price than the last time I went in. Almost like he is just deciding on a whim how much he wants to make that day.
The last and final time I will go here I arrived 5 mins before they closed. The girl at the register was ready to take care of me until owner shows up and says the computers are down. I rush home through traffic after a long day at work to get these packages sent and he cant stay open until closing even though he is the only UPS in all of Seattle that closes at 6 instead of 630 or 7....
