Selection and price wise, it’s a fabulous store. However, the Edwards location needs to work on their customer service skills. Maybe it only happens to me or maybe they are sick of seeing me shop there but I rarely get greeted and if I do, it’s when I have a pile of clothes to try on. If I return something, they make it super awkward and very inconvenient. I’ve literally spent thousands in there and they make me feel horrible if I return a $60 shirt out of my $500 purchase. Only at the Edwards location will they tell you to go to go return something to the same location in which you bought it...When you’re in the fitting room you’d expect someone to check on you.
